Our refund and return policy is 7 days, and the process will be completed within 7 working days. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if it has been 7 days since your product was delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Refund Process

How It Works –

  2. Item Inspection → Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
  3. Refund Processing → Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds –

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
  • Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product:

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to them, and they will be notified about your return.
